The Southbank
This is an opportunity to take a walk by the River Thames and explore the famous South Bank area – its theatres, concert halls, galleries and cafes. Starting in Lambeth, in the road that give its name to the famous song ‘The Lambeth Walk’, head through the only ‘village’ green in the city and past the well-known Old and New Vic Theatres, to make you way towards the River Thames. Joining the river by the National Theatre, you can then follow the walkway round to the London Eye before heading back into Lambeth.
