If you pop over to the Walking Works website you will find a fun way to keep track of how many calories you burn whilst out walking! Just enter a few details like your weight, how long you walked for and how fast and click to see the number of calories burnt – and how many mince pies that equates to!

Walking Works is a Living Streets campaign, aiming to encourage more people to walk to and from work and during the working day. It forms part of the same group of Lottery funded projects as Get Walking!
