Volunteer Social

Link to article

In mid December we held a volunteer social as a way of thanking volunteers for all their brilliant efforts over the year and also to get everyone togther to catch up – and so some of the new volunteers could meet up with longer established volunteers to gain a valuable insight.

It was a bitterly cold day as we had a walk from Meadowhall (thankfully none of us wanted to go in!) along the Five Wiers to the city centre before ending up in Wokmania for some food! I think the thought of the meal kept some of us (Ben and Chris!) going!

Thanks to all that could attend and we’ll see those who couldn’t at the next social.
