Welcome to My Get Walking. The aim of the plan is to help you to get walking briskly for at least half an hour per day, five days per week.
Once you are registered you will be able to complete the 12 week programme using our online logbook. You will be able to:
- Schedule walks
- Set personal goals
- Save your favourite walks from across the web
- Keep track of how many steps you have walked so far
You can set a start date that suits you, so register today. If you have registered with us before we will have allocated a password to you already. To get your password sent to you via email click here.
For most people, walking is a safe and effective form of exercise and you can start without checking with a doctor. However, if you are very unfit, are suffering or recovering from serious illness or have any other concerns about your health, discuss this with your doctor before starting the plan.
