A new idea to Get Walking

Throughout August, East London residents will be given the chance to attend a series of FREE summer strolls starting from the Whitechapel and Bow Ideas Stores. The short walks are specially designed to help people ease into exercise and discover the mood-boosting benefits of walking.

The walks take place at the Whitechapel Idea Store (321 Whitechapel Road) at 11am on Thursday 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th August and at Bow Idea Store (1 Gladstone Place, Roman Road) at 1pm on Wednesday 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th August. EVERYONE is welcome to attend.
