The Get Walking booklet is the perfect introduction to walking. It contains a step-by-step guide to following the 12-week programme, which helps you gradually build walking into your everyday life. Developed by walking and health experts this booklet includes the best advice to get started.

Step Counter
To help measure your success the pack comes with a free, simple to use step counter. Clip this to your waist and it will count your every step.

Logbook
Record your progress with our pocket-size walking logbook. Each day, track how many steps you took, how long you were walking for and where you went.

Postcards
Spread the word to friends and family.
