Walk a Mile for Mental Wellbeing

Join Get Walking Keep Walking Sheffield on the 29th July for a one mile walk through the city centre to promote walking as an effective way to improve mood and reduce anxiety.

The walk is run in partnership with MIND as part of Sheffield Mental Health Week. As well as walking you can enjoy Zumba, Music, Poetry and Boxercise taster sessions.

The event runs from 10am to 4pm. The walk will begin from 1.30pm from the Get Walking Keep Walking stall in Fargate.
